Competition Terms and Conditions

The Competition is open to people who are 18 years or older and are residents in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, except for employees of Kilroy, their families and everyone else associated with either the company or the competition.

Kilroy reserves the right to verify the winner’s age and disqualify any winners under the age of 18 years old or whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition. Persons who submit an entry agree to these terms and conditions.

How to Enter
We are open for applications from the open date: 01/08/2025 to the final application date: 14/08/2025.

To be eligible to win the competition, you must fill out our competition form, and fill out your details. 

The Prizes
1. Participants in the Competition have a chance to win a trip to Thailand with KILROY, consisting of return flights from your nearest international airport, a week of Muay Thai training in Krabi, a week of adventure tour including visits to Khao Sok National Park and Koh Yao Yai, and a final night in Krabi. All accommodation (part might be in shared rooms) is included, as well as breakfast and dinner during the week of Muay Thai training. There will be one winner chosen from each participating KILROY territory (Denmark, Sweden and Norway).

The planning and booking of the prize will be handled by KILROY (Adventure tour and accommodation) and Tourism Thailand (Muay Thai & Flights). By joining the competition, winners agree to their personal details being shared with Tourism Thailand and Thai Airways, for the sole purpose of booking the flights, tours and accommodation. 

2. All prizes will be provided by Kilroy International in collaboration with the Tourism Thailand and Thai Airways. Participants are responsible for carrying valid photo IDs, passports, and any other required documentation such as visas, travel insurance and/or proof of vaccination, prior to departure, and are responsible for all associated costs.

3. The prize has fixed dates, to claim this prize you need to be able to travel between the 3th of November and the 19th of November. If you are not able to travel during this specific time period, the prize will be forfeited and be given to another winner. You cannot get a refund or replacement trip for this.

4. Prizes claimed are subject to Kilroy’s standard booking terms and conditions,
which can be found here.

5. Prizes are subject to availability. Kilroy reserves the right to substitute the prize,
or elements of the prize, with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not
transferable or exchangeable for money.

Winners
For this competition there will be one winner chosen from each participating KILROY territory (Denmark, Sweden and Norway). The winner will be notified before the 25th of August, 2025 and will have until 06/09/2025 to accept their prize. Failure to do so may result in another participant being awarded the prize instead.

8. Kilroy’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered
into.

9. If winners do not confirm their participation before the 31st of August the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen.

10. Winners need to agree to being filmed and photographed, a KILROY content creator will join the trip to document the experiences for content purposes. Our media release form needs to be signed beforehand.

11. After the winners have been announced, there will be a mandatory teams meeting to go over the details of the trip and the arrangements. Date is to be determined at a later date in mutual agreement with the winners.

12. Winners agree to post at least once from their trip by tagging @amazingthainess using the hashtag #amazingthainess on their facebook, instagram or tiktok account.

Responsibilities
10. The winner acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for
any tax implications, including but not limited to income taxes, associated with
receiving the prize.

11. Participants’ data will be processed by Kilroy and is subject to Kilroy’s privacy
policy, which can be found here.

General
12.Kilroy reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude Participants from the
Promotion if Kilroy has any reason to believe the Participant has violated these
Terms and Conditions
