New York

New York has so much to offer, so it doesn’t matter if this is your first or fifth visit. Whether it is a cool cafe, bar, museum, shop, park or gallery you haven’t been to before, you will find something that makes you fall in love in this city, either for the first time or all over again. If it’s your first time visiting New York, make sure not to miss areas such as Greenwich Village, Soho, Chelsea and Chelsea Market, and the High Line. And that is just in addition to all the must-see’s such as Times Square, Empire State Building, Central Park, Statue of Liberty, Broadway, and Brooklyn Bridge.

old state house boston

Boston

Boston – an Irish-Italian-American melting pot – is perhaps one of the most European-like cities in the US. A lot of it is due to its placement along the Atlantic coast, which made it a popular harbor for immigrants travelling from Europe in the 19th century. When you’re in Boston you should take a walk along the Freedom Trail. The Freedom Trail is symbolized by a red line that runs through the city and takes you to several of the most significant monuments and sites linked to the Revolutionary War. Boston is also filled with many breweries, so why not swing by a few of them to get a tasting? Unlike wine-tasting you’re not expected to spit the beer out, so it can quickly become an entertaining and fun day!

cable cars in san francisco

San Francisco

Welcome to the colorful and hilly city of San Francisco! Jump on a cable car and check out everything this amazing city has to offer. The classic tourist sites that you should quickly see before moving on to more fun activities are of course the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39. Other areas that are worth to visit include Haight Asbury district, Chinatown, the Mission, Soma, Castro and the Financial District.

los angeles walk of fame

Los Angeles

The City of Angels, famous for its abundance of celebrities and rich people, will keep you entertained with its diversity and large array of shopping, restaurants, clubs, museums, galleries, hiking trails and, not to mention beaches! Dig in some of the best noodles you’ll ever have in Chinatown before you get some shopping done at Melrose Avenue. Take a tour at Universal Studios, and don’t miss the Walk of Fame while you’re in Hollywood. End the day at Venice beach soaking up some afternoon sun. Finally, if you’re up for an epic night out dancing and partying, perhaps hoping to spot a celebrity, head to Avalon club in Hollywood on a Saturday night (remember to preorder your tickets).

french quarter of new orleans

New Orleans

At the banks of the Mississippi river and home of the famous Mardi Gras festival, jazz and creole-culture, New Orleans is undoubtedly a change of scenery to L.A. Take a stroll in the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, enjoy some of the local dishes such as Gumbo or Jambalaya, before you jump on one of the old steamboats for a trip down the Mississippi. When evening comes, get your groove on in one of the local jazz clubs while sipping on a Hurricane, a cocktail native to New Orleans.

Miami

Caribbean vibes await you as you arrive to the last destination of this amazing roundtrip. Miami is a great place to end your journey as the climate is always warm, its one of the cleanest cities in the US, and it has so much cool and fun things to offer! Apart from the many beautiful beaches, Miami has perhaps the best Cuban neighborhood that’s outside of Cuba. Make sure to experience Calle Ocho and Little Havana while you’re in Miami. Another must while you’re here is a trip to Everglade National Park and have a ride in an airboat! The swamps of the Everglades are filled with alligators, so just make sure to stay inside the boat.

Get ready for an American adventure with this roundtrip from KLM which takes you from the city that never sleeps, New York to tropical Miami, with tons of cool places and sights to visit between the two cities. Apart from awesome destinations, landmarks, national parks and cultural encounters, this roundtrip will also allow you to do live out you dream of going on an epic road trip in the USA!

What better place to start your trip than in New York, the capital of the world? Enjoy a relaxed and comfortable flight with KLM and arrive in New York well rested and ready to explore! Next up is Boston; home of the Red Sox, endless amounts of beer-serving bars, and intellectuals that roam the campus of Harvard University.

Sunny California

From east coast Boston, you fly on to California and San Francisco on the west coast. After some days exploring all that San Francisco has to offer we suggest that you get behind the wheel of your rental car or campervan and hit the road, en-route Los Angeles! We can help you plan your road trip as there are multiple ways to get to L.A from San Francisco. The most popular one is Highway 1, but if you wish to get even more out of your road trip, you can also choose a longer route that includes stops at Yosemite, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon.

Once in Los Angeles, you can enjoy the comfort of our arrival package, where we have already arranged 3 nights of accommodation for you. And the best part: you’ll be staying a stone-throw away from Venice Beach.

Caribbean vibes

Next up is jazz and creole-culture in New Orleans, which is also said to be the ‘northernmost city of the Caribbean’. Here you can look forward to indulging in delicious creole soul food, listen to amazing jazz in tiny clubs, visit the cool streets of the French quarter, and learn about the mysterious art of Voodoo. Once you’re done enjoying New Orleans, it’s time to head down to Miami! How you get there is up to you, but if it were up to us, we would opt for a second road trip. Unfortunately, arriving in Miami also mean that you are close to the end of your trip, but not before you’ve had the chance to experience Little Havana, Miami Beach and Art Deco Historic District. Perhaps you’ll want to take a trip to the Everglades too?
