First stop on the itinerary is Las Vegas! Because it's a long flight, and because Vegas is cool city to explore, we recommend that you stay for a few days. Known for its flashy lights, world-class shows, and vibrant nightlife, there's never a dull moment in this city. But Vegas isn't just about casinos and clubs; you can explore incredible dining options, from gourmet restaurants to budget-friendly food trucks. Take a stroll down the iconic Strip, catch a Cirque du Soleil performance, or enjoy a day trip to nearby natural wonders like Red Rock Canyon.
After you've explored Vegas, it's time for some jaw-dropping nature experiences. Join this 8 day group adventure, that takes you all the way from Las Vegas to Los Angeles in a road-trip-kind-of-adventure. On the way there you'll experience some of the most iconic National Parks in Western USA. First up is Bryce Canyon National Park, with it's red hues and dramatic rock formations. From there you'll move on to Zion National Park, full of sandstone cliffs and natural arches and Page (well-known for Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon) before entering the legendary Grand Canyon National Park. As if that's not enough, you'll ride on part of the famous Route 66 and visit Joshua Tree National Park before touching down in Los Angeles, where you'll enjoy the beaches and sights.
After you say goodbye to your road trip friends, it's already time for the next adventure - surf camp! It's only a short 1h drive from Los Angeles to Dana Point, so you'll arrive at the surf camp in no time. Throw your bag in your room and get ready to conquer the waves. You'll get surf instructions during the day by some of the best in this area, and by the end of the week, you'll be seeing yourself jumping up on that board like a pro. When the sun is setting and it's time to chill, enjoy the laid back vibe of the surf camp. Hang out with the rest of the surfers and enjoy a well deserved cold beer after a long and exhausting day in the waves.
The final stop on the itinerary is Los Angeles. Because L.A. is cool city to explore, we recommend that you stay for a few days. We can hook you up with a really cool hostel right by Venice Beach, one of the best places to stay when you're in L.A. Check out the beach promenade, explore nearby Abbot Kinney Boulevard filled with hip cafés and quirky designer shops and check out the view from Griffith Park Observatory. Or, relax a bit on one of the great beaches before the long journey home!
