What type of person typically goes on a re:discover journey?
While each traveler brings their own unique perspectives and experiences with them, we find that re:discover journeys are for those looking for a unique travel experience that offers a bit more than your standard holiday. We find that travelers:
- Are typically between the age of 25-35, but it's all about the mindset!

- Have an interest in learning something new, so they return home with new or improved skills and new friends that share similar values
- Want to venture off the beaten path - we find that most travelers who join a re:discover trip have some travel experience but want to explore lesser-known pockets of the planet
- Are seeking intentional connection with other travelers, with the destinations they are visiting and with themselves
What's included and what's not included?
Re:discover journeys vary in inclusions and exclusions depending on what adventure you choose to go on. In general, you can expect that accommodation, transportation in-country, and any activities surrounding the theme of your trip are included in the price listed. You can find out exactly what is and isn't included on various departures by visiting the trip-specific pages here. Because re:discover travelers are coming from various locations, we leave the transportation to and from the starting and ending location up to you. This way you can choose to arrive a bit early, or stay a bit later to continue to explore the region.
How many people are on each departure?
On re:discover journeys, we like to keep groups small. This helps you better assimilate into the local communities you'll be visiting, and gives space for you to truly connect and get to know your fellow travel mates. Group size will vary but expect around 6 to 12 people plus your local guides and teachers.
