After getting picked up from your hotel, you will first be brought to the local market where the guide will introduce you to all the local produce such as vegetables, fruits and meat. After buying our produce, we will head to the kitchen and start cooking.
You will prepare dishes under the guidance of experienced chefs at your own work station and each workshop will conclude with tasting the food you have prepared for lunch, accompanied by soft drink, tea or coffee, in our comfortable dining area. All guests will receive detailed recipe cards and a certificate to take home at the end of the class. At around 3.00 pm you will be dropped back at your hotel and the cooking class will come to an end.
