Located by the majestic Lake Michigan, colorful Chicago is a great starting point for your trip in the US. If you're not already up-to-date on the city's history and culture, there are plenty of cool museums to visit such as Art Institute of Chicago. Being the third biggest city in the US, Chicago is also known for beautiful architecture and numerous skyscrapers. If you want to explore the "City Of Gangsters" on own hand, hop on a bike and make sure to visit Chicago Museum Campus where you'll find more than 10 different museums with various topics.
San Francisco has a lot to offer and among the most popular attractions are of course Alcatraz, Pier49, Golden Gate Bridge and the epic trips up and down the hilly city in cable cars. San Francisco is full of POPO's, which comes from the abbreviation "Privately Owned Public Open Space". That means most of the terraces and balconies around the city are privately own and run - and definitely worth a visit. One of the best locations is the Crocker Gallery's roof terrace on Market Street. Sit back and enjoy the moment here!
An amazing adventure awaits you when you get your wheels in San Francisco and head down southwards along the beautiful coastline on Highway 1 all the way down to Los Angeles. Enjoy the spectacular sights such as Big Sur, check out cozy sea front towns such as Monterrey and Pismo and make sure to stop around Santa Maria or Santa Barbara if you are in the mood for chilling and want to enjoy some quality time in some laid back atmosphere.
The City Of Angels is among our favorites and if you're into the authentic Cali-vibe, this is the place for you! Hollywood Boulevard, Beverly Hills and Venice Beach are obvious stops on your visit here. The city is full of cultural highlights, and there is without a doubt something cool for you to explore, no matter when you're in town. Oh, and if you have some spare days, we recommend that you also pay San Diego and Grand Canyon a visit. The surf and bar scene in San Diego are well worth a visit, and the spectacular nature in Grand Canyon will leave you breathless. Guaranteed!
The last stop on your itinerary is New Orleans – The City of Jazz, voodoo and Louis Armstrong. If you are into music and festivals, you’ve come to the right place. Time your stay here to fit either Mardi Gras or the Big Easy Festival, and you are in for an experience of a lifetime. Due to New Orleans’ near proximity to other iconic music cities such as Memphis and Nashville, we’ll definitely recommend you rent a car, and head towards the cities of Blues and Country. Enjoy
