The Highball campervan is one of the most popular campervans for two people on a road trip in Australia.

This Mighty Highball campervan is suitable for two people and very popular with customers on a budget. It is packed with nice features such as a generous double bed, overhead single bed, fridge, stove, microwave and sink. 

If there are 3 of you travelling and are looking for more space you should consider the Mighty Double Down as an alternative.

Please note. The high season for campervan rental in Australia runs from October to March. The earlier you book, the better prices. When availability goes down, the campervans become more expensive. Don't wait too long to book!

Driving and sleeping

The front cabin of the Highball Campervan seats 2 people. It's a compact vehicle with manual transmission. If you are not familiar with the steering wheel to the right and driving in the left side of the road, don't worry, it will only take you a short while to get comfortable.

The double bed is located in the back of the van and can be transformed into a table for four people during the day.
Under the bunks you have enough space to store luggage. In addition to the double bed, there is also a single bed at the top, but this space is often used as storage space for clothing, body boards, snorkel gear, etc. Read more

Supplied in the camper you will find linen and bedding, kitchen essentials including crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils plus all the general living gear you’ll need.

Don’t forget to pack soft bags instead of a suitcase – much easier to store in the campervan. Read more

In the central part of the Highball campervan and just behind the drivers cabin you will find the kitchenette. The interior height of this campervan allows you to stand up while cooking.
