College in the States is an absolutely unique experience. A semester or a year at college is for those who have just finished education at a level up to university, but who are still not entirely sure what to study.

What is a college?

The idea of college cannot be generalised, as every country has their own education system. It is not quite university, but rather a voluntary preparatory education to university; American high school students usually study two years at college before continuing on to university. The classes they have taken at college can be transferred to their university. It is a medium length degree that isn’t completely a bachelor.

About attending college in the states

During your studies at college in the States, you can find inspiration and ideas for your future career, study the courses you always wanted to, and at the same time get an experience of a lifetime, that may be very similar to the college experiences you’ve seen in films and on TV. You will be living in the states, study with both American and internationals students and get American culture under your skin – it will be a great investment in yourself!

What are the requirements for attending college in USA

  • You have to be at least 18 years old.
  • You have to have the equivalent to a high school degree.
  • You have to have sufficient knowledge of English.
